We use Leadfeeder that processes client user data, which is gathered from systems we have integrated with. These systems may for example include:

Leadfeeder gathers data about visitors on our clients’ websites from their Google Analytics.

This data includes:

Data from our integrations with other systems to Leadfeeder

Leadfeeder provides ways to import additional Client User Data from other applications and services. These include integrations to customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing tools.

Personal data imported from these systems include:

  • name
  • email addresses
  • phone number
  • address and other contact information
  • information about Clients’ activities with its customers, such as phone calls, emails and meetings
  • email newsletter activities, such as opens and link clicks.

We use a third party email service provider called MailChimp, to send you our newsletters. To allow us to send our emails through MailChimp, we provide MailChimp with certain information, including your email address, name, company name, etc. MailChimp treats information about you in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy. We will store your usage data until such time when you withdraw your consent for us to do so. All other data as specified above will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may also retain information as required by law.

We ensure that adequate technical and organisational measures are taken to secure your personal data against loss or any unlawful processing. The SwissGlobal IT environment has been implemented with IT security and data protection as the highest priority. Our infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland, is certified to ISO 27001 and is fully GDPR compliant. Technical measures taken by us include the use of user identification and/or continuous logging. Access to the SwissGlobal Portal area and all other online services and repositories of SwissGlobal that contain customer data (personal and non-personal data) is password protected. User identification details are encrypted and encoded. All personal data transmissions are encrypted and data is stored behind a dedicated firewall, which ensures high levels of security without compromising site performance. Online submissions through the interactive forms are also performed with an HTTPS encrypted connection.
